Preliminary Screening: Preliminary screening is conducted for programs where the number of applicants exceeds the announced quota. It is used to determine which applicants will be invited to the Entrance Examination. For each relevant program, up to four times the announced student quota may be invited to the entrance examinations (see Application Requirements and Special Conditions).
Programs Subject to Preliminary Screening
Applicants who have successfully passed the preliminary screening and whose applications have been approved (for the programs listed above) have been notified of their preliminary screening results and application approval via email.
The preliminary screening process is carried out automatically through the online application system. Applicants may check their preliminary screening status (Successful/Unsuccessful) by logging into the system. Applicants who are successful in the preliminary screening are eligible to take the Entrance Examination. They are required to bring the Application Form and the Examination Admission Document, both of which can be downloaded from the application page, and be present at the examination venue on the date and time specified in these documents.
Note: Please check the website of the Department/Division to which you have applied, or contact the Department/Division directly, to confirm the examination date, time, and venue in case of any changes.
Note: Applicants whose applications have been approved for programs not subject to preliminary screening are automatically eligible to take the Entrance Examination. They are required to bring the Application Form and the Examination Admission Document, both of which can be downloaded from the application page, and be present at the examination venue on the date and time specified in these documents.
